problem , violateing other account (3.8.3)

How r u all?

during 2 days , more than one user have a weird problem.
they -sign in- and browse the forum normally.
But suddenly it looks like they -sign in- with other user account ..
How can that happen ?
Now , all other user are worry about their privacy:(

can u explain ?
