Forum Thread and Post count inaccurate
 

I upgraded my forum to 4.0.0 and had these stats

Threads
1,244 Posts 6,857 Members 380 Active Members 58

I've now upgraded to 4.0.1 and have these

Threads
16,778,458 Posts 4,294,974,168 Members 385 Active Members 64
Both were upgraded from 3.8.4 PL2

How can it be fixed?
