Hey, I purchased vbulletin from a friend of mine and was wondering a few things.

First off, I downloaded it and since my website's cpanel isn't working, I installed it on my localhost to see if everything was cool.
Turns out everything is excellent!
So anyways, I wanted to find themes for it at vbulletin.org.
So I registered there and it says I'm unlicensed.
So I then added an email to my account and there's a few things I don't get.
It says that the emails must match. Match what?

Another thing, I can delete the folder off of my localhost and upload it to my site, correct?
