CMS Article pictures with URL and text flow
 

Trying to create an article with a picture top left and flowing text, using the pencil tool but it always refers to these pictures as attachments so wishes to open them (attachmentid) upon being clicked.

An IMG tag around a picture, can be set to link to another page that's great. But doing this disables which side the picture can be along with the text placement.

Is there any way to allow a picture to be added to both:

a) Be able to be placed left/right/centre with text flow AND
b) Have a URL tag?
