Forum plain text urls appearing at top of page after update to 4.0.1
 

Hi

After upgrading to 4.0.1, many of the pages on my forum and cms have several.

Please head to http://swiftor.com and click on any of the "Home" "Forum" or "Blog" tabs, and at the very top, you'll see awkward plain text of my sites url "http://swiftor.com http://swiftor.com http://swiftor.com"

Oddly enough, this does not happen on the "What's New" Tab.

I've tried reverting my template and removing/disabling some mods, but haven't been able to solve this.

Any thoughts on what it might be?
