CMS Create New aticle has no Editor?
 

I have set up a couple sections in the CMS fir members to create their own content. That part all works but when the member goes to great a article they get no editor, like you see in the image?

But when I use it i get the full editor! Is there a way to change this? i thought be changing the permissions would do it but there must be another setting to change I dont know about, or is it a bug?
