Moderation problem - seems impossible but true
 

I have a forum member who is a normal, registered user. Every time they post a thread or make a post, it's held in the moderation queue - even though their permissions should allow their posts to appear unmoderated.

Trying to solve the problem with them, they gave me their password and I made a test post from their account. The test post I made from their account appeared as it should have, unmoderated.

The member then posted from the same account, and, once again the post was moderated.

This is driving me crazy, because I can't figure out what could be causing this.

Please help!!
