Forum Multiple installation problems on my localhost
 

I'm doing a test forum before updating my live one (and thank goodness I am that sensible)...I had it running fine on my hosting, but my server guy was giving me 2 weeks to keep the second database up and I didn't like the time pressure so I took development onto my own computer.

The upgrade was working fine on my remote server, but once I ported it to my computer, I have had numerous issues.

The big one is that without define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); in my config.php I get

Now with hooks disabled it works fine, but obviously, I need to know how to get it working with hooks enabled.

Any ideas?
