Forum Upload problem
 

After upgrade from 3.8.4 to 4.0 it isn't possible to upload files.
I have read a lot here about this but a good solution I don't have found.
I have done the upload test in the admin (see attachment), but it seems to working fine.
Also uploading seems to be go good (progress bar is working), nut after complete the red crose is there.
Because there are a lot of members who have albums it must be work
So please can anybody give me the solution why the upload failed?
As I say with V3.8. there where no problems
