Dynamic Link to Last Page
 

There's a thread that moves very quickly (2000 pages and counting, 15-20 new pages a day), and I was wondering if there's a way to create a link for the homepage that will automatically link to the last page in the thread. I know you can link to a specific post, but is there a #last tag or something that will show the last page when the link is followed?

I tried searching, didn't find anything.
