Forum Database Error when Upgrading to 4.0.1
 

Hi, I really need help here. I've just upgraded from 4.0 to 4.0.1 and somehow, I got this Database Error message occur when I type in myhomeaddress/install/upgrade.php

Could you help me how to fix this thing please, ;__; ? I can't install the version because I keep getting the Database Error message. I did follow the instruction in the manual and have disabled the plugins in config.php. What did I do wrong?
