Forum Upgrade Error On Fresh Install
 

Hi peeps

I have been trying to upgrade my forum from 3.8.4 to 4.0.1 for a while now with no success :( I keep getting database errors.

So I decided to create a fresh install of 3.8.4 with a nice shiny new database and then proceeded straight to the upgrade to 4.0.1 BUT I still get an error!

Hopefully someone with abit more knowhow than me will see this and know what my problem is straight away. I just dont understand why I would be getting errors on a completely clean install and database.
