Verifying Registration, notification
 

I recently changed my Forum registration to where an Admin or Mod (via an Add-On) have to verify all new registers. Until then, they are automatically sitting in the (Coppa - Users Awaiting Moderation).

What I want is for some sort of pop-up or notification of some sort that there is actually someone waiting to be verified. I had done a google search and the best I could come across was someone saying Quote:
"A notification in your welcome block in the navbar is displayed (if the notification option is enabled in the AdminCP) when there are new user registrations to be moderated."

. I just can't find that setting.
