Forum Search does not work with unicode utf-8

I would like to open this thread for anyone who uses vbulletin 4 and the search function does not work if you use foreign language and your charset utf-8 unicode.

Vbulletin staff please fix this problem. I can search English word but can not search in foreig languages like chinese, vietnamese ..... The search gives us no result. Back to version 3.x the search function works well.
