How do I change the number of uploads a user can make?
 

I have my forum set up right now to allow for users to upload a total of 1mb per post, via Attachments.

However when we go to the Attachment Manager (when making a new post), the pop-up window shows this:

Upload File You have uploaded the maximum of 0 files
How do we adjust the maximum number of files?
