CMS Create article image upload failure
 

Suite 4.0.1

I go to create a new article. I click the insert image icon. The window pops up and the "From Computer" and "From URL" tabs appear with the appropriate buttons. I click on the From Computer>Select Files button, select the file then try to upload and it fails. It is a normal .jpg file of a small size. I click on the From URL and enter in the correct URL and then Insert and it fails.

What do I need to do to allow this to work?
