Been Hit With A Virus
 

Hi

My site has been hit with a virus.It seems my ftp account was hacked and someone has caused havoc.Seems like a JS/Trojan Downloader.Agent.NRL trojan is been reported by a lot of members.
I got the .js files uploaded from my vbulletin backup folder and replaced the ones exploited. I think I fixed all the index.php files too.The problem is still happening.Can anyone give me anymore advice on what to do pls
