Suite Upgrade has ruined the forum
 

Uploaded all files : from 4.0.0 pl1 to 4.0.1
Had done necessary changes to congfig.php ( not mentioned in readme ) thought it must need doing !

Ran upgrade script. All went well.

Reloaded the site, we have lost all CSS

I am sure it is just a paths issue, but cannot figure it out. Have submitted a support ticket also.
