Question about e-mail features
 

I have been looking into mailinglist and forum software and I came across the vBulletin site after it was
recommended to me. While most of the features are clear and self-explanatory, I have two questions which are important for the organization before we make a decision to license vBulletin or not.

1. Can each post to a forum also (automatically) be send to the subscribers of the forum by e-mail?
2. Can subscribers of the forum also post new entries to the forums by sending an e-mail?
