Suite Upgrade Error: 3.8.4 pl2 to 4.0.1 Suite - mysql error
 

I'm getting the following mysql error when attempting to upgrade from vb 3.8.4 pl2 to 4.0.1 suite. I might add that we have already upgraded one installment for another site on this same server.

This is my 2nd attempt starting from scratch (a restored db and cloned forum) stopping at the same point in the upgrade. I've tried flushing tables.

Any ideas what might be the problem?
