Admin CP Hook in domoderate procedure
 

In the user.php file inside admincp folder, I suggest to insert one ore more hooks inside the "domoderate" procedure.
In that way it will be possible to develop plugins instead of directly modify user.php code (that never is a good idea).

I wrote some code to create a new thread when I confirm new user registration, but I prefere a less invasive, more elegant way :D
It is possible for next release?
