CMS Characters in articles comments suddenly disappears
 

I have such a crazy problem. On my website, when I write a comment under an Article, all characters that are behind first character with a diacritical mark, wil disappear.

An example:

Code:
Sk?šam vložiť koment?r
shows like:

Code:
Sk
But
Code:
Skusam vlozit komentar
is OK.
I have also disabled Censorship option, but still the same problem.

It´s interesting that in first hours of migration to 4.0 Publishing suite it works fine...
