CMS Database errors after upgrade to 4.0.1
 

Having some issues since doing the upgrade. I thought maybe I had an issue with a plug in which I uninstalled fully but still getting the errors. The info that comes back is a huge amount of text so I will not paste it all here. Below is the core info that comes across. I have requested help from my host but not heard back. I have 42 error emails this morning all of which hit in about a 2 hour span around 6 am to 8 am this morning. Looks like two different users.

When I got the error myself last night it seemed to be while replying to a visitor message. Not sure if that is helpful or not.
