Forum 4.0 PL1 Install Script Fails
 

I have a test install of 3.8.4 and after several attempts to "upgrade" to 4.0, I decided to wipe out 3.8.4 and do a clean install of 4.0.

However I am getting the following error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_ARRAY, expecting '&' or T_VARIABLE in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\forum\includes\class_core.php on line 3723

At line 3723 the following line is present:
