CMS Time Options and Date
 

I'm wondering if anyone else runs into this problem.

I picked Pacific Time as my Time Zone offset but the time doesn't change. It still defaulted to GMT time.

Also I noticed that when I create a new article, the Start Publishing date is a day ahead of the local server time. And when I edit an existing article, it adds an extra day to the date. Is there a default option for publish immediately?
