how to make forums pointing on an intro page
 

Hello,

When people click on a forum link, I would like them to be redirected to a page that introduces the forum. I mean a page with texts and pictures, before they have access to threads. I can make an html page containing text & pics myself, but which vbulletin file do I have to edit for people to go through that page when they click on a forum link ?
