CMS Problem with templates
 

So the problem is that The cms uses only master templates. None of the changes i make to default templates, which are succesfullly working in forum and blog, are not working, he uses only master templates and keep "the default way". CSS changes are also not working which is a disaster, cause forum and blog will be customized to one style and cms cannot be customized in any way, that's realy sad. What to do?
