Forum Forums URLs not working
 

I updated from vBulletin 3.8 to vb4
but now everytime i click on any of my forums is says:

vBulletin Message
Invalid Forum specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator

i had vbseo before, but i unstalled it when i updated.

Any ideas?
