Which version should I chose to get a page like this (picture)???
 

Hey I want to start a page like this one

With a main page where I could write main news, and with a section with the most popular/or the newest forumposts. And offcourse an own button to click inside for the forum.
Which version is this?? Are the main news on the "frontpage" from the administrator, or from everyone on the forum?? :S

And most important - can I - and how easy is it to change the theme/colors and header????
