Install vBulletin Forum on local hard drive?
 

I want to install a development/offline forum on my hard drive so I can just import the database & files when I'm ready to go live.

I assume I need to install the following, please correct me if I'm wrong;

Apache HTTP Server
PHP
MySQL

I've currently got my dev test site online but I want to take it offline and work on it. I used ImpEx to import from my phpbb 2 forum, so I've got a database on my Plesk panel and everything.

My question is, do I really need all 3 of the above programs to accomplish my setup?

Also, what would my config.php look like when my database is on my hard drive, such as the server name and port? Would I just plug in the location such as file:///C:/Users/user/Desktop/apache/htdocs/ ... or would I just use "localhost"?
