Forum forum email issues with char. set
 

I never had this problem before, well I don't recall anyway

I never used UTF8 settings, instead I've been using windows-1256 even for EN language so Arabic text will display right and never had issues with English.

Today I was testing registeration on vB 4 and the email sent out with unreadable title

if I set to ISO-8859-1 email is sent out ok, but then arabic user name is not readable and arabic text on site is not readbale either

basicly the forum name is not readable in email subject
