Forum very slow forum with delays
 

I was about to post asking if certain issues would cause a slow forum and delays (hic-cup) responces. When I notice this forum is the exact same so makes me think its not my configurations but a vb4 isssue.

Anyone else experiencing a slowed down forum since upgrading?
