CMS Smiley Display Problem
 

When I post a message on my forums and use smileys they display just fine as shown in picture 1. When i go back to my Main CMS page, the Recent post widget on the right does not display them correctly and this makes my Home CMS page look horrible as shown in the second picture. Any one have any idea? I have checked every setting i can think of.
