CMS Can't delete Section
 

I have a section that I can't delete in the CMS. I was using Google Chrome at the time and when I was deleting other sections it was coming up asking me to confirm the deletion and on the odd occasion it would ask me if I would like to stop this box coming up so I thought "sweet" this will save me having to confirm in future but now this option has actually taken away my ability to delete this category (and only this category, all others are fine) by removing the red delete symbol.

And no I don't have any sub-sections underneath that need to be deleted. I'm suspecting this is something that chrome has done but it's weird how its made this one category irremovable and even then I tried to go into IE 8 and delete it and the same thing there.

Any one happen to have seen this? :(
