After 6 months of operation, I am having a big problem
 

My site TurfTopics.com isn't loading. I am getting the dreaded Network Timeout screen.

Now the site is up and running. I can get to this page http://turftopics.com just fine.

But when I go to the next step and navigate to http://www.turftopics.com/forums/index.php is when I get the timeout.

Now I have also noticed that at some point a question mark(?) has shown at the ned like this, http://www.turftopics.com/forums/index.php?



So can somebody please enlighten me on what could be going on.
