The Time is Incorrect on My Forum
 

I can see where I can change the format of the time on my forum, but I'm not sure how to adjust the actual time itself. My forum is 12 - 13 minutes ahead of the actual time. I've searched, but can't seem to find this - so my apologies if this has been answered before.
