Forum vB_Template class error
 

I have a clean install of VB4.0 pub suite and all is going well etc. I have an error on my settings page:

It's throwing the following message: Warning: fetch_template() calls should be replaced by the vB_Template class in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 3895

and there's also a piece of visible code on the page: $usercprefs

I've only modified two templates and tried reverting them but that made no difference. I also tried uploading a new copy of /includes/functions.php

Any ideas what I need to do to fix this?
