Re-Uploading vBulletin database.
 

Ok. Relatively quick and simple question for you guys and I'm hoping for a quick/simple answer.

My forum has been hacked and we can't repair the damage done. The SQL databases are in fact intact. We're restoring the server to about six weeks ago and we'd like to re-upload the SQL database. The question is, how?

I know how to download the database but I can't see a way of uploading anywhere. I understand that PHPMyAdmin can be used but I'm not sure exactly.

Help?
