Suite vB 3.8.4 to vB 4
 

I will soon be making the plunge from vB 3.8.4 to vB4. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I need to be sure or I am not going to go forward.

Do I install vB4 as if I've never had vBulletin before or will I be doing an "upgrade"?

Most importantly, whatever the answer is, please explain how to do the installation/upgrade to vB4.
