Forum User postings randomly require Moderation when permissions set NOT TOO.
 

My site has a small target audience and as such the only forum permissions I use are to either completely hide certain forums based on usergroup or allow users all of the default Registered User permissions - if a user can read and post to a forum I do not require any Moderation of anything (posts, attachments, etc.). However I have had users post and receive the standard acknowledgement that is shown when a forum is set to require moderation. The new thread or post does in fact go into the awaiting moderation queue. The user affected and the forum affected are compeltely random - all of the users who have had this problem have posted just fine before and since this occured. Things have been posted before and since to the same forums - without requiring moderation.

Any ideas? Figured I would ask before opening a ticket...
