Suite Host has upgraded from Mysql4 to 5, should this be ok for upgrade?
 

Hi,

I was just trying to make a test forum on my server for VB4, I only have 2 databases on there, one for a joomla front end and one for the forums, both are Mysql4. When I logged in earlier, it (the 1&1 server panel GUI) says that mysql4 databases will no longer be issued and it made me a v5 one, so I upped a mirror of my files to the test folder, changed the config.php to point to the new database and folder location, but I can't get into the adminCP or any part of the forums, I just get a database error.

Am I right in thinking I should just have a working, but empty forum here?

if anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be great :)
