Forum New User Registration Problem - Not showing up in 'join requests'
 

Hi all,

I am having a problem when new users register. Their registration first requires email confirmation on their part after which they are placed in moderation for approval. When I (admin) or a mod checks the join requests tab in usergroups, nothing shows up and the user's registration sits in Awaiting Moderation ....so we have to manually go into each user to change their usergroup.

Is there something that I clicked that caused this to get screwed up. It was working fine a day or so ago.
