Forum Layout like the one here
 

Just a question. How can I obtain a layout like the one here on vbulletin? I like the widget on the home page and the sidebar on the forum and blog start pages. I've tried but I'm a little overwhelmed byt the many options to configure and I think that should be fine to have an explanation on how to achieve the same results on our suites...
