Forum Paid Subscription won't cancel
 

This was happening with 3.8 and I thought I had it fixed but it keeps happening. Had a user doing a $10/month paid subscription. Back in October he asked me to cancel it. I am guessing that is when the problem started. I just went into the Subscription Manager and changed the end date on his subscription.

Every month after that system still bills his paypal account the $10. I get the notice from Paypal that a payment has been made. And it would re-enable his subscription. I went as far as deleting the subscription type from the board, but it still does it every month.

How do I tell if the board is still sending out the request or if it's something he has to cancel in paypal?
