Forum Cannot access my forum after upgrading from 3.8.4 to 4.0.0
 

I recently upgraded my copy of vBulletin from 3.8.4 to 4.0.0. After doing so, I can access the administrator console, and it appears to operate normally. And it also reports that version 4.0.0 patch level 1 is running. However, when I actually attempt to view the forums (Forum Home Page link), it just displays a generic-formatted HTML page that appears to have some links for various forum activities. However, none of the links actually work. See the attached vb_error.jpg for a screen-shot.

What do I need to do? Thanks
