CMS Directing links to main panel
 

Hi, and excuse the noob question but I'm using the excellent vbh New Tabs mod in my site but I'd like to post a link that opens up in the "Primary Content" area of the CMS, how can I modify a link to make that happen?

Oldskool html would just target a frame, new fangled code scares me a bit.
