Suite Urgent.. Failed Upgrade and corupt backup
 

While trying to upgrade my 3.8 forum to 4.0 Suite something went wrong. Then while trying to revert i had Discovered my back up was corupt. Other precautions i took were to download all the contents from Public html and also have a good .mysql dump from the admin cp.

Now heres the real problem the only server access i have is FTP. no control panel access. So my question is can i. or how do i restore my forum with the remaining data i have??? I did disable all modifications and turned my forum off b4 attempting to upgrade. if any of this information is helpful..

Currently all i am getting is a blank screen in FF and a 500 error in IE
