CMS CMS Post Image - Admin.
 

Hello, I just gave one of my friends admin. rights to publish articles on CMS front page. However, when he goes to insert image it is only giving him the option of inserting an image via a url and not uploading it from the computer.

Pretty sure that I have given him all admin rights that are possible, am I missing something?
