Forum post/reply screen is all kinds of broken.
 

The only clickable icons are font, size, and the emoticon drop-down. but none of the emoticons are displayed in the drop-down. nothing else is clickable.

posts cannot be deleted.

clicking on the edit button brings up the edit screen, but from there, you cannot save the edit.

why is this happening? This shouldnt be happening.

and searching a user's posts only shows 3 results at most, but most often none.

this is horrible.
