Forum I need help with install
 

Ok I made the biggest mistake ever. I did not remove all the mods from my old forum(3.84) prior to upgrading to 4.0 publishing suite. I did make a forum back up before ,but now I can't even upgrade anymore I get this error :Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /homepages/6/d203170055/htdocs/includes/class_bootstrap.php on line 26


So right now im deleting everything from my ftp and starting fresh. My question is can I use impex to import my old vb forums back from the database I backed up? Or how do I restore the forums. If this gets too complicated for me can I pay anyone to do it for me? Or is there a site where I can go and pay for help? I don't want to lose my forums.
